Stanley, Marilyn Steane and Bill Tomlinson. Warren Knapp was out of town. On a discussion of the cost and funds available to replace existing mailboxes and mailbox stands it was agreed to go ahead with the quotation obtained as a result of the efforts Fred Weber has put into this project. All stands will be replaced by maintenance-free metal units with an antique bronze finish. The mailboxes, themselves will be replaced with slightly larger, aluminum boxes in an antique bronze finish with newspaper slots. Bill Tomlinson presented an updated Reserves projection including the pavement repairs, the cost of repaving lower Spruce Ridge and the replacement of the mailboxes. A discussion followed on opportunities to contain various expenditures of Reserves funds. The Board agreed that there are a number of options that will be pursued as the year progresses. As a reminder, the annual eyebrow picnic will be held on August 23rd. More information will be forthcoming, but residents are urged to
keep the date open. The date of the next meeting has been changed. The next meeting will be held at Bert Stanley’s
