Bristol View Homeowners Association (BVHOA) View Prior Minutes Back to Current Minutes In attendance
were Marilyn Steane, Warren Knapp, Fred Weber and Bill Tomlinson Minutes of
previous meeting were reviewed and approved as written Budget for end
of first quarter was reviewed and discussed were : special
assessment, paving project for Spruce Ridge, Driveway maintenance, mail boxes,
tree removal and light pole project. Pittsford Paving
chosen to pave Spruce Ridge. Special
Assessment of $480.00 unanimously approved for Further
inspections of driveways by Bill Tomlinson and Pittsford Paving will be
done as weather improves for Board review. Marilyn reported
on mail Box research. Discussion followed and we tabled it for more information
and estimates. Central entrance
planting to be redone since much distruction occurred from sprinkler work. A new plan forth coming. Bed at entrance west side, will be
moved slightly south. Jim Tulloch's
request for shoring up embankment discussed and board decided it is his responsibility . Bachman's
walk to be redone by Chris Andrews with pavers to eliminate serious tripping
hazard for $360.00 plus tax. Bill Tomlinson
will have walk contractor review Sue Dresser's water problem. Hydro seeding
cost firm at $800. for lawn repairs for juniper
removal, Zakalik's construction and other repairs. Assignments
completed for Spring Newsletter due in May. Date and place of next meeting to be determined by Gloria
Wilner at later date. |
