Bristol View Homeowners Association (HOA) View Prior Minutes Back to Current Minutes The
Bristol View HOA Board Meeting met at the home of Those
attending were Bert Stanley, Bill Tomlinson, Warren Knapp, Marilyn Steane, Fred Weber and We
discussed briefly the Marilyn
Steane raised issue of open meetings. A decision was
reached that if there is a specific issue it will be handled, discussed and if
a meeting found necessary, it will be arranged. Place
of annual meeting discussed for possible change. Woodcliff and Brookwood will be explored next year and decision will be
reached at the spring meeting. Bert
Stanley asked Bill Tomlinson to explore costs for a sprinkler system for the entrance gardens at Bristol View Drive and Woodcliff Terrace. The
annual Budget and projected shortfalls, reserve estimates and monthly fee
changes were discussed by Bill Tomlinson. Reserve projection
are to be redone and discussed at the Nov. 07 meeting. Bill
Tomlinson suggested that the Board take over the agenda making and we agreed. Marilyn
Steane reported no Architecture issues. Bert
Stanley discussed shaping of the smaller trees and will discuss it with Pat
