Minutes of Special Meeting

A brief meeting was called to discuss the following with our engineer, Bob Kiefer

 

1. Driveway Maintenance and Repair

   After a discussion on need and year end push for completion, 5 driveways will be repaired in various ways as needed #18, #38, #52, #58,  and #60 at a cost of $8,703.00.

 

    A discussion continued about establishing a policy of measurement for repair to driveways and walks for the future. Investigation will continue.

 

2.  Fall trimming has been scheduled for trees and shrubs by Pat Fasano along with cut back of the "Forever wild"  overhang.
