A meeting of the board of the Bristol View Homeowners' Association was held on Thursday, February 8, 2007, at the home of Marilyn Steane.

 
Present were Gary Aron, Warren Knapp, Marilyn Steane, Bill Tomlinson and Gloria Wilner.  No prior agenda was posted on the BV HOA website.

The minutes of the last board meeting, held on November 16, 2006, were read and accepted with one addition: it should have been noted that a projection of reserve funds was mailed to everyone along with the budget.

It was reported that there has been an improvement in snow plowing.

As soon as Spring weather allows, the "walk-around" inspection of home sites will resume.

The search for a new arborist and landscaper is in progress.

The next meeting will be Thursday, April 19 at Gary's.
