A meeting was held on November 13 at the home of Warren Knapp.

Present were: Gary Aron, Bert Stanley, Marilyn Steane, Bill Tomlinson and Gloria Wilner

/pre> The purpose of the meeting was to review the 2007 budget. After a presentation by Warren and Bill, the board approved this budget. In order to avoid the need for large assessments in future, the board determined that small periodic increases in monthly charges were preferable. Therefore, beginning with January 2007's payments, the amount will change from $170 to $175.

A copy of the budget will be sent to residents well before the next residents annual meeting, scheduled, for the first time, in September.

Bert explained that the landscaping season for 2006 has ended, having remediated overgrowth in some areas and producing, overall, an attractive community. Bert cautioned that at mulching time next year, care would be taken not to overmulch trees, which can have a harmful effect.

The next meeting of the board is tentatively scheduled for Monday, January 22 at 2 p.m., at Gary Aron's house.
