Brsitol View Homeowners Association (HOA) View Prior Minutes Back to Current Minutes Present: John Flowers, Gary Aron, Bert Stanley, Warren Knapp, Gloria Wilner, Bill Tomlinson, Pat Fasano *Fence painting has been completed. *At 8 Spruce Ridge and 17 Bristol View, light bulbs have been replaced in light poles. *Asphalt repairs have been completed at 48 and 58 Bristol View. A depression in the driveway at 3 Bristol View will be taken care of, as will a walk and driveway problem at 7 Spruce Ridge. *Landscaping: the goals are maintenance, trimming, improving the ability to mow safely, and driver visibility. Removal of overgrown material has been done, and some plantings were replaced by owners. The slope at 33 Spruce Ridge will be planted with creeping juniper, obviating the need to mow it. *A newsletter will be produced and distributed by Bill T. at the end of November. *The next HOA Board meeting will be Wednesday, November 9th at 12 Bristol View. On the agenda will be the budget for 2006.
