Brsitol View Homeowners Association (HOA) View Prior Minutes Back to Current Minutes Present:
Gary Aron, Bert Stanley, Bill Tomlinson, Gloria Wilner and Warren Knapp The
minutes of the meeting held July 18, 2005 were approved. The
following action items were discussed: •
Fences - Repairs necessary prior to painting
have been completed. Plant materials that may impede the painting have been
trimmed or will be carefully moved aside and/or temporarily tied back for the
duration of the painting. [If a homeowner chooses to not have
plant materials touched, such choice will constitute an agreement that the
painting of that particular fence, and all future maintenance of that fence,
will become the responsibility of the homeowner. John Flowers will provide a
written agreement so stating, to be signed by the homeowner.] It is anticipated
that the fence painting will be completed in two weeks. •
All
mailbox posts have been painted. •
Driveway
repairs - The repair of the sinkholes in the driveways of numbers 48 and 58
Bristol View Drive will be completed before winter. •
Mowing on a dangerous slope - A proposal to deal
with a safety issue at
33 Spruce Ridge is being researched. •
Lamp post - Due to snowplowing
during the preceding winter, the damaged lamp post at 33 Spruce Ridge needs to
be repaired and will be taken care of before snow season this year.. •
Bill
Tomlinson will notify Marilyn Steane, of the Good Neighbor Commitee, as each
new resident moves in. The next meeting of the HOA Board will be held at 4:00PM on
