Minutes April 2,2004, approved

Gary reported on discussion with attorney Albert M. Mercury, head of Real Estate Department of Phillips Lytle LLP: corporate Board positions may not be shared.

 

Motion passed to post on the Association website, decisions of the Board and anticipated Board meeting times, dates, locations, and, if available at the time, the proposed agenda for the next meeting.

 

Motion passed to have open Board meeting sessions which will be pre-announced on the Association Web Site. Members are requested to leave a message for Bill Tomlinson at NorthCoast (797.0830, ext. 201) to register intention to attend such meetings (in order to make provisions for number of attendees). Such meetings will have brief periods for questions and/or comments from members and members may listen to, but not participate in, the remainder of the Board members’ discussions. An exception to the foregoing is that the Board may occasionally go into executive session for matters such as discussion of individual member accounts receivable, litigation matters, and for other matters where the Board deems such sessions appropriate.

 

Board decided to investigate options for concealment of utility boxes at the entrance to Bristol View Drive.
