The September "pre-annual meeting" meeting of the Bristol View HOA Board was held September 12 at the home of Marilyn Steane with Warren Knapp, Gloria Wilner, Marilyn Steane, Fred Weber, Bert Stanley and Bill Tomlinson in attendance.

Minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and approved as written.

Gerry Severeynse has been contacted by the selected vendor for the automatic irrigation project for the entrance gardens at Bristol View Drive and Woodcliff Terrace  and he has agreed to allow the automatic sprinkler system for the Woodcliff Terrace entrance garden to be connected via his home.  The Braults agreed to connection to their home for the entrance gardens for Bristol View Drive.

On a review of quotes received for landscaping and snow plowing contracts for the next season, it was noted that two bidders responded to our request for quotes and one chose not to bid.   The results of the bidding will be reviewed at the annual meeting.

After the mailing of the notification of the upcoming election of one person to the HOA Board, there were no requests to run other than Marilyn Steane's offer to serve for another term.  Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the annual meeting but if there are none, Marilyn will be elected to serve another 3 year term on the Board.

The agenda and speaking assignments for the Annual Meeting to be held September 23rd at Casa Larga were made.
