The Bristol View HOA Board met at home of Warren Knapp on 11/15/07.

 

Those attending were Bert Stanley, Warren Knapp, Bill Tomlinson, Marilyn Steane, Gloria Wilner and Fred Weber.

 

2008 Budget Final Draft was discussed. Monthly fee increase has been projected at $183.00 per month, consisting of $156.32 for operations and $26.68 reserve

 (Inflation +$4.00).

 

Budget unanimously approved for $183.00 beginning 1/01.08.

Spring Newsletter to discuss Architecture compliance forms and their use by Homeowners to avoid future misunderstanding. Bill is researching non compliance issues for future discussion. Motion passed to revisit these issues at spring meeting.

 

Gloria scheduled next meeting for April, date to be determined.
