Bristol View homeowners whose garage doors have deteriorated have two options should they choose to repair or replace the garage door originally installed by the builder. Homes in all 3 Phases were built using the same cedar garage door.

    If only one or two cedar panels are damaged or deteriorated, the homeowner may replace those panels with replacement cedar panels available from Felluca Garage door. Co..  As an alternative the homeowner may replace the entire door with the maintenance-free metal door specified below.

    If more than two panels need to be replaced, or the entire door is to be replaced, the Bristolview Homeowners Association has selected as the standard garage door replacement the "Wayne-Dalton Series 8000 (model 8300)" in the color "Taupe." This maintenance-free metal garage door is available from Felluca Garage Door Co. (or wherever else the homeowners chooses to purchase it).

    The current standard trim paint color for painting existing cedar garage doors is being updated to match as close as possible the "taupe" color of this metal garage door.

    No other replacement for the original cedar garage door is to be used without specific approval of the Bristol View Homeowners Association Board.
